While Turkey suppresses the real coronavirus related cases in hopes of maintaining tourism income, the largest group that visits Turkey, the Russians, have been called back.
Yesterday, the General Consulate of Russia in Istanbul published a statement for the Russian tourists in Turkey. Due to the quarantine requirements that Turkey finally started to implement, the Russian Consulate advised all its citizens to return back home as soon as possible.
