It is revealed that the escapee suspect of 10 October Ankara Massacre, ISIS member Nusret Yılmaz entered Georgia but was detained by Georgian police on the grounds that “he was sought by Turkey and USA” and sent back to Turkey by getting deported. Yılmaz tried to enter Georgia one more time two days after getting deported but Georgian authorities did not let him enter the country. It also cannot be get any registration from the database of the National Police about Nusret Yılmaz who is a part of Antep organization of ISIS and sought for red notice
An official document revealed about Nusret Yılmaz, a member of Antep organization of ISIS and one of the high-ranked leaders of ISIS uncovered that ISIS members who are responsible from many massacres has been hiding from the court within the knowledge of the state.
This situation was reflected to a statement sent to the Public Prosecutor of Ankara in the correspondence between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice.
In this “secret” classified text, it is stated that ISIS member Nusret Yılmaz who is an escapee suspect of 10 October Ankara Massacre tried to enter Georgia through legal channels in the mid-2017 despite the warrant on him but he was detained by Georgian border police and get deported to Turkey.
Nusret Yılmaz is mentioned in the ISIS prosecution report as “a high-rank leader of ISIS and ISIS military police” and he is one of the escapee suspects of 10 October Ankara Massacre.
It is stated that Nusret Yılmaz who has a warrant for the crime of “being member of armed terrorist organization” and sought internationally for red notice, tried to enter Georgia two days after getting deported to Turkey once again. In that statement, it is also emphasized that the database of the Turkish National Police is giving service error when it is tried vetting about his border entry and exit registration.
It is stated in the aforementioned document that Yılmaz was not allowed to enter Georgia once again but it is not known whether any transaction was done about him or not.
This revealed official document uncovers that Nusret Yılmaz who is one of the key names of Antep organization of ISIS went abroad freely and under the eyes of the authorities for two times. It is also an issue of concern how Yılmaz could pass the border control despite he had a warrant.
The fact of that Yılmaz was not seized even though he got deported at his first entry and there is not any information about him after his second entry try is connoted the “silencing” of the key names of ISIS in Turkey.
Yunus Durmaz, İbrahim Halil Durgun and Mehmet Kadir Cabael who were claimed to be responsible for 20 July Suruç Massacre, 10 October Ankara Massacre and 20 August Antep Massacre have killed instead of being seized alive.
On 16 October 2016, Antep City Governor Ali Yerlikaya has admitted the extrajudicial execution of Mehmet Kadir Cebael who was the Antep chief of ISIS in the police operation with saying that “Our police neutralized him from the building across for holding the households around and neighbors harmless from the bomb he had.”
